It’s been over ten years since Raquel Berrios and Luis Del Valle first came together as artists and lovers and five since the release of their debut, Regresa, which marked the duo’s return to Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria. In 2020 the duo found themselves putting out their debut album in the middle of a global pandemic. This was followed by the duo being priced out of their home in Aguadilla and relocating to San Juan, a monumental, surprise collab with Bad Bunny on Un Verano Sin Ti’s “Andrea” and the death of Raquel’s father in 2023.
