The problem child of jazz, daoud is widely regarded as a torch bearer of the french new jazz scene. Inspirations from hip-hop, electronics and modern jazz mold together to create a rich, groove infused tapestry of sounds. The trumpeter/producer fuels his compositions with absurdism and a little bit of inadequacy always looking for new ways to annoy purists.
