Duality AKA Ty Davis is a Multidisciplinary Artist based in Miami Beach, Florida. Davis is the founder of Public Energy, a visual label for multi-media releases & creative and cultural programming. Public Energy’s flagship output, FOOTPRNT, honors the multiplicity of Black Dance Music, including Footwork, Baltimore Club, Ghetto Tech, Juke, & more through a diasporic lens of electronic music. With emphatic sets & thoughtful productions, Davis celebrates the Black origins of dance music & reminds the masses of its history.
