We are IRIEspect, a 6piece reggae/dub/jam/Latin outfit from LI NY. With a very infectious & energetic live show, they showcase a versatile, dynamic, innovative & genre-bending sound fusing elements of roots/rock/reggae with live dub, Latin, dancehall & more. Playing over 200+ shows in their home & surrounding markets up & down the East Coast, they've created big waves of buzz over the last few years. In 2024 they dropped their first full length S/T LP on Dubshot Records, featuring hit single Strong Island, and closed out the yr with highlight shows supporting Collie Buddz at Brooklyn Bowl NY, Original Wailers at Paramount NY, & a sold out Steel Pulse at Brklyn Bowl. Their momentum continued thru 2025, releasing their long awaited "Lost In Time EP" (Dubshot) and adding to their tour resume. Other staple shows have included supporting acts such as Barrington Levy, Inner Circle, Fortunate Youth, Mihali, Jesse Royal, Bumpin Uglies, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Pepper & many more. In 2026, the band released a follow up Dub rendition EP, "Lost In Dub EP" (Dubshot). On this album IRIEspect pushes their sonic boundaries into the art of dub, honoring the roots & tradition of reggae/dub music.
