with a music career spanning over 20 years, matphilly has never felt like he truly fit in. but that has never stopped him from building a career, from his early days playing in a cover band in middle school, to signing his first record label deal in high school, to traveling all over the us and other countries in various bands, to becoming the bass music producer and dj people know today. now he has announced his second album, “maybe we’re perfect together in another lifetime,” which expands his sonic evolution as a bass music producer. born and raised in los angeles county, he has never let off the gas, but for once in his life he eased off the pedal to focus on his latest album, a story that is near and dear to his heart. on top of his new sound, he hopes to keep his foot on the gas with his new album and newfound love for the one thing he has never let go of…his love for the music.
