Based in Berlin, Mika’s sound channels high-octane energy and emotional intensity, taking cues from breakbeat and rap culture the way Nu Metal once redefined rock. It’s bold, bouncy, and unapologetically forward-thinking — the next chapter of rave music. Mika’s journey began behind the scenes, working as a studio assistant for band recordings, before his passion for electronic music took center stage. Over the past nine years, Mika has refined his craft and emerged as one of Berlin’s most exciting new-generation talents. Beyond his work as a producer and DJ, Mika co-founded Polyamor Berlin — a collective that captures the rebellious, exhilarating spirit of the next generation of club culture. He is also one of the driving forces behind the Berlin Dance Music Event (BDME), the city’s own electronic music industry conference, proving that Mika is not only shaping sounds but actively leading conversations within the scene.
