Motives is the moniker of rising Washington, DC-based producer/DJ Ben Kane. Since breaking into the progressive scene in late 2020 with his ‘Solace’ EP (PRGRSSN Records), his music has enjoyed support from respected names such as Above & Beyond, Gabriel & Dresden, Le Youth, EDX, and David Hohme. His remix of Le Youth’s ‘Miraje’ (Anjunabeats) charted in the Top 10 Trance charts on Beatport, was featured on Above & Beyond’s legendary Group Therapy broadcast, and earned him a guest mix on Anjunabeats Worldwide (#734).
