Tyler Shiffer, known professionally as Phocust, is an American bass music producer and DJ recognized for his iconic dubstep sound. Drawing inspiration from ancient scripture and a personal interest in angels, his music blends chaotic heavy bass sound design with uplifting, wobble-driven melodies made to strike with purpose. His signature use of angelic branding and celestial imagery has earned him the nickname “Dubstep Angel Boi”.
