Born in 1994 in the science city of Dubna, near Moscow, Alexander Drobin, the creative force behind Somnia, was immersed in music from an early age. Growing up in a musical family—his father a longtime rock musician—Alexander naturally developed a deep connection to sound. His journey began in 2008 when he first emerged as a trance DJ, crafting hypnotic rhythms and melodic landscapes.
