Yann Tiersen

Yann Tiersen's musical journey showcases his constant evolution & experimentation. Starting piano at four & forming his first band at thirteen, he immersed himself in the punk rock scene, playing guitar & synth. After four years in a punk band, he ventured into a solo career armed with a synth, sampler, & drum machine. This phase led him to explore sampling, incorporating toy & acoustic instruments, & crafting his signature motoric acoustic miniatures.
