Los Angeles concert promoter founded in 1981 by Gary Tovar as a punk-rock promotion company, part of AEG since 2001. Created the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 1999 and its country companion Stagecoach, and books hundreds of club and theater shows across Southern California every year.
