Independent Los Angeles promoter founded in 1995 by Mitchell Frank, grown out of the Spaceland club night in Silver Lake. Operates and books The Echo, Echoplex and the Regent Theater, producing more than 1,200 concerts and events a year across Echo Park and downtown LA. Acquired by Live Nation in 2019.
