About
Mumford & Sons formed in London in 2008, and quickly became one of the biggest British acts of their generation; topping the album charts globally, rising from intimate rooms and stages to headlining festivals, and winning numerous Grammys and BRIT awards. In 2026, the band released their acclaimed sixth studio album, Prizefighter. Co-produced and co-written with The National’s Aaron Dessner at his Long Pond Studio and featuring collaborations with the likes of Hozier, Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton and Gigi Perez, Prizefighter arrived less than a year after their fifth album RUSHMERE, and delivered the band two number 1 albums in the UK in under a year. Mumford & Sons harbour a strong sense of community, and collaborated with the likes of Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, Pharrell, Maggie Rogers and Brandi Carlile over the years. Through numerous creative evolutions and experiments in the studio, the band arguably cultivated an almost “quintessential” Mumford & Sons sound that has since inspired and influenced generations of artists both young and old.
